Years, months, weeks, days, hours, and seconds are the signs of Allah in which He ascribed to be utilized for good cause and be in awe of His existence. Every year a month passes us by unlike any other months in the lunar cycle. The Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic Calendar. It is a blessed month in which the Qur’an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as well as to other prophets before him.

Worshipping Allah is mandatory to Muslims at all times, and Allah rewards His servants for their deeds. However, the rewards of this month are multiplied than other times. Allah does not need us but we need Him. Therefore, as servants of Allah, we need to do more worshipping and participate at Islamic rituals during this month to obtain many good deeds that will be forwarded towards the next life.

On behalf of Dar Al-Hirah Times, we would like to welcome you at Dar Al-Hijrah mosque to commemorate and welcome this blessed month, and to join its activities at Dar Al-Hijrah so that

we can both benefit the bounties of this month and gain spiritual guidance to get nearer to Allah and dwell into His heavens,

insha’Allah.
